    Angry Airtel Pre-Paid SIM card

    I have a prepaid airtel SIM (Tamil-Nadu)

    2 services were activated automatically since August. I was charged 3rs/day. I was not aware of this till 3 days back.

    I called and asked airtel for the refund. I was given 150Rs. and told nothing more can be done.

    They said they were unable to pull records from August. But, the executive to whom I had spoken earlier has given me the date of activation with time. When a lower executive can pull the details, the higher executive should not have lied to me. Plus I am still at a loss of 300Rs. which has got debited without my knowledge.

    I was told this website can take necessary action and get me justice. I am waiting for 3 days - otherwise I will take this to the COURT for JUSTICE.

    I have the names of all the representatives to whom I spoke and all the details and proof of randomly activated sms packs on my mobile.

    I expect the issue to be sorted by this weekend. I am tired of waiting and getting frustrated over 300rs. I have lost a lot of my time and patience. Because this is not the first time this is happening to me.

    Monday I will be forced to approach the law, if I see no action from your Airtel side.
