A Good Company with Worst Customer Services.

Am using Airtel Prepaid, past 5 year, number is 9980409695 in Bangalore, For only checking my STD balance regularly i try to call customer care. When I contacted to person named , Javed, at customer care on 05/02/2012, asked him how to check the std balance, he was like no problem sir, again recharge you can view the balance.

"Next time make one or two call to (Nirmal kumar then Prakash), give complete details about the problem, and then no result"

After wasting alot of time over nonsense, Finally i got one call from customer care that now you can connect Airtel (She did't explained that what i need).

Now its a request to concerned person please look into it and please understand the words "Customer
Care" to whom you never care and please solve this issue asap. Bellow mention i had two reference number just check on this.
