Following is the detail of my conversation with airtel customer care.

I have not received any credit on my mobile number 9915009714 for rs.110/- that i paid to Shri Shyam Telecom, Ferozepur Cantt.

Both the dealer and Airtel Customer care are tossing me and are trying to avoid me.

Kindly do the needful.

Everything is mentioned in the trail mail except the alternate contact number
and the scheme.

I applied for Rs.110 full talktime recharge on 31-02-2012 for my prepaid mobile
number 9915009714.
My alternate contact number is 9915444438. Transaction id is 10911001016

I am not sure about the exact timing of recharge but i guess it was in the
early afternoon at around 1330 hrs.

PLEASE do the needful on urgent basis.

My prepaid mobile no. is 9915009714 and i went to Shri Shyam Telecom, Ferozepur Cantt. on 31-01-2012 for recarge.
I wanted a recharge of Rs.110, the dealer did the same and gave me the
TRANSACTION ID 10911001016.

Today its 2nd Feb and i haven't recvd the credit of that recharge on my number,
On the day of recharge i called up at 198 and found that no recharge has been
done to my no. and was advised to talk to the dealer again.

The dealer showed me the confirmation message on his mobile which had my
correct number in it. But till now i have received no balance or any kind of
message regarding this recharge.

Now kindly help me out with the current status of the subject transaction id.
