    Default Airtel prepaid mobile wrong subscibption and deduction of amount

    I am a Airtel prepaid servive customer, it happenened many time, that they by default subscribe any service then i have to call the customer care to refund the money and deactivate the service.
    and agaian it happened recently, yesterday they have subscibed hello tunes and deducted Rs. 45 from my prepaid account and denied to refund, because in their sysytem, it showing that i have subscibed it that to it was the airtel default tune.
    I am very much disappointed that they finnaly listened to their sysytem, whwn i was repaetly saying that i have not subscibed it, they diidnt believed on me.

    i know i am saying trueth, so thats why i have dedided to logde a complaint againt airtel service providers. as i know i am right.

    Default Prepaid Mobile # 9829181915

    Dear Sirs,
    I have come to Mumbai for next few months. On 27 th May, I bought a prepaid Rs 200/- recharge from a local vendor. to my surprise, I got SMS that the recharge is successful vide # 2001097697.205. but there was no value.
    I then took up the matter with Rajasthan circle several times but no solution was given and after escalation to Appellate Officer Ms Shilpa Verma, I then was informed that Rs200 has been made availble for usage in Rajasthan for next 30 days for free calling from Airtel to Airtel.
    I informed her that I shall not be in Rajasthan for the next 6 monhts so this offer cannot be availed by me. She then informed me to take up with Consumer Forum and hence this mail to you to seek your help in getting me the credit of Rs200 to my account.
    I have lodged a formal complaint with her vide # 0527282261.
    This I feel is sheer cheating by the company. On my enquiry for lodging the complaint with some higher authority in Airtel, she refused to give any contact details. This again I feel is not very business like for such Corporate giants.
    May I tus request for you to intervene as suggested by Ms Shilpa Verma -Appellate Officer of Airtel Rajasthan.
