I have applied for Airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion.A agent named Vinay (No.:: 9686002627) came to my office and collected the required documents on 1st Feb,2012. He said that I will be receiving my Postpaid SIM through courier by 3rd Feb,2012. But I didnt receive my SIM and on 6th Feb,2012 a agent came and verified my address then my number porting is started. Now my prepaid SIM is de-activated and I dont have my postpaid SIM. I have tried calling customer care (both pre-paid and post-paid) and they are giving care less response like call the agent and find out. If I try calling the agent, his phone is switched off.
