myself yogesh dadaram bodke using airtel prepaid sevice since six months having mobile no.7387482453.since last three months ,i m so much depressed by ur service.they activated any service on my number without my permission as well as deducting balance from my account without use of any service .before few days they deducted 10 rupees form my balance for activaiting hungama content game,i ever didn't request to them for this service as well as they have changed my call rate plan also since last week.my original plan is 1 paise for 1 sec but now it is 1.2 paise for 1 sec because of this i have to face lot of loss of my balance .plz refund my balance as well as change my plan as soon as possible other wise i will take legal action on airtel prepaid services as well as i will go to nodal officer.take action on my issue as soon as possible .i m very depressed.
