I am having Airtel prepaid connection for more than 3 years with mobile number 9741409038 in Bangalore. Suddenly one month back afternoon my mobile was displaying error message 'SIM registration invalid'. I went to the nearest Airtel office and contacted the customer service centre. they said go and complaint while online like this onl

I am submitted my complaint to airtel website, i got a mail from airtel, we solve your problem with in 24 hours still no resolution or call came from Airtel. I then contacted the Airtel Customer care again and they said my number is recycled. When I asked for the reason they said they will send mail to the concerned department and I will get response within 24 hours.

since I didn't get any call from Customer Care I call them again they just said that my number is recycled and nothing can be done. The phone was disconnected.

This is really annoying and frustating. I had a balance of over 90 rupees on the sim and this number is have given for all official and personal contacts over the 3 years. Now this number is suddenly unavailable and the Customer care of Airtel is not providing proper response.

Please help me to activate the same number again at the earliest.
