my self sumeet.s resident of mumbai .i was using airtel prepaid no from past 3years .1 day i got the call regarding documentation n they said i have 2 submit document again.after someday they disconnected my line,i went to airtel gallery and submitted documents(license xerox n photograph) that time excutive said line will be resume with in 48 hrs.But after someday they had sold out my no as postpaid connection to some other customer.now when i am asking them about this they are saying i had not used this connection from past 90 days thats why they had sold out this no ,were i have 3year sold no which i am not using from past 2 years but still its working.
