I was using Airtel connection (9901222244) 6 months back. There were few tickets raised by me through Airtel Customer Care related to n/w issues where I have asked for resolution. Due to negligence they haven't solved the issues. Once I called Customer Care and spoke to manger and said I am not going to pay the bill until unless tickets are resolved which he agreed.
Later the number got disconnected and I haven't paid bill.
I have received a letter from Airtel few weeks back where they requested me to pay the bill otherwise they said they are going to take legal action.
I went to Airtel outlet to pay the bill and activate the same connection. It was told that they are not going to activate the same number even though after making the payment as it is a golden number and requested extra charge Rs:5000.

I haven't paid the bill due to Airtel negligence, now they are requesting extra charges to activate the same number.

After few days I got received call from Airtel Collection team, I have informed them that I am not going to pay the bill until you activate the same number without any extra charge and requested a mail.
Eve though I have informed, they used to call me daily around 6 times and speak abuse language.
Finally, I said that send me an official mail saying that you are going to activate the same number without additional charge with in 2 business days after making the pending amount payment.
I got official mail from collection team for the same and I have paid the bill few weeks back.
it was 2 weeks now and I haven't received any call from them to activate the same connection. I tried reaching them on the number they given. However, some other people is picking the call and telling me that manager is on leave.
Airtel has sent official mail on reactivating connection and they cheated now. Also, they have threatened and used lot of abused words.

Following are the reasons which I am planning to raise in Consumer court. Please advise and add any additional points which I can include.

1. They have sent official mail on activating the same number. Now they are cheating the customer on same by not providing the connection. (Cheating)
2. Used abuse words.
3. Negligence on not replying to mail and not picking the calls.
