my mob. no is 7200207010(now it is vodafone tamilnadu circle) and i am using this no for last 4 months with same service provider. i applied for mobile number portability(MNP) on oct 1st from vodafone to airtel. but after 14 days it was not port out to airtel. i contact vodafone custmer care many times for this. but i did not get a proper replay. they are saying that they did not get any request from airtel to deactivate this number and there is no problem with me to move to airtel . But my local agent said that vodafone cancel my request... i dont know actually what is happening here. please give me a replay

my air tel no. was +919980168875 and it was a prepaid conn.
my validity period was up-to October 2012
but it got disconnected as i was having zero balance with out any notification from past 3 months.
i am loosing almost everything- money, friends, and banking
how do i take a legal action against the airtel
