Airtel has the worlds worst customer support. From last 1 month when ever I recharged with 50 or 100 Rs or any amount, they are going to deduct the money by saying some offer has been activated with my no. Thrice I told them to deactivate those offers, so finally they send 30 - 35 sms, stating that my VAS has deactivated.

But today when I recharged with 30 again they said that I have surfed net so they deduct 24 RS. Though I have not surfed more that 1 min and max download would be 10 KB.

This thing I want to convey to the customer care guys, what they did, they disconnected my call. Then onwards no-body is picking up the call.

So, I had a very bad experience with Airtel and no option left for me, except changing the number.
