AIRTEL;this is one of the worst service providers ever seen in my life amongst all the companies existing and running in India.I have been hearing from many subscribers and experiencing the same.A recent instance added more agony after recharging my cell no-9955192862 on 4.8.2010 with Rs.98.00 pack for emergency network connection (as I have already BSNL broadband-unlimited plan) but to my utter surprise,the company has failed to send the 'Settings"to save ,a mandatory updating process,reasons best known to the company itself.Neither the Customer Care nor its dealer take pain to attend my frequent calls.
May someone help me to get rid of this problem.
