dear sir,

i took two nex airtel connection from one airtel dealer. he me that after 10 minute your both sim will be active and you will get 44 rupee balance and 100 MB internet. i checked them after 2 hours but they were still deactivate. i called to customer care they told me please visit your nearest customer care office. after one day visited their office but they refuse to do anything. i try to contact with that dealer but he has changed his shop. now i am totaly helpless . i know only airtel on the name of their brand they are playing fraud game people. they are authorising these type on dealer which change their shop daily.
i gave my all id documnet which was required but after 10 days my both sims are deactivate customer care office told me that they didnot get your document in office till now. i am worried that this dealer can use my document for other connection.
please take immidiate action.if you need sims detail i will provide you.
