I am using Reliance CDMA-Number and in past month they have activated sm service called - FMIndial. I wasnt aware of it and they have deducted approx. INR 30 + or more around 2-3 times in last 3 months. And when I said that I want refund they refused to pay the refund and put my phn down - coz of company policy. Reliance Company Policies are from beginning (ie-their history) is to earn by cheating ppl and government. Now getting into Telecom business they are making hell lot of money by cheating. According to their policies - ppl dnt understand a thing just give sm few free services and then for long term they can exploit us by deducting the amount. This is not a single case. There would be many ppl who are suffering because of RELIANCE. They are **************. I want to file a case against them. My friend has worked in a call center and he has told me many things about hw these Telecom companies make fool of us.
