iam shreejit.i am a tata docomo user.two days earlier a service called voice chat was automatically activated in my numberwhich i did not needed . When i called cc all the lines where were busy. I am Still not able to contact the cc. When i called from my friend's mobile,i was able to connect. Then i asked him to de-activate this service. He said as usual that it would be deactivated in next 1 hour . But two days have been gone,still the service is alive. The balance is been deducted from my account. Please help me.i want to deactivate the voice chat service which was activated without my knowledge & and also a refund my deducted balance of rs.30.
