Dear sir,

I am Sudhir Kumar my Mobile no. 9717821422. I can't understand what is doing with me every two or three days activated services like as MKR, hello tunes, Jokes etc. & deduct amount my balace when i never interested & not done any time sms or call for activated any services. On 08/08/2010 i received a sms from Airtel to renew MKR services and deducted Rs. 30/- deducted my account when i never activated this service how it is renewed & I try many times to talk Customer executive but i can't talk with him because this facility is close on my mobile. so, i request you to please check my account & deactivate thise service and Rs. 30/- reverse in my account and provide direct customer executive service on my mobile. Only i wait 2 days after that i complain direct Consumer forum & published this article in bold letter in News paper & also surrender 10 Airel Mobile Numebr.
