it is 3rd time that my balance get deducted from my prepaid relience number...i told to customer care but they rudely say i will not give ur balance back..you can do that you wish.then i tolh thay i wanna talk to ur manager then he say that i will not forward ur call to the manager....sir talke a serious action towards the relience company.......my total balance deduction is RS 20...sir i want my balance back.....it is not a right way to deduct the balance.......they automatically deduct the balance and they hope that the customer is fool...my mobile no is 9310222770......plz sir take a serious action towards this problem bcoz this is not a my single problem.this problem is releted to all the customer of relience......
