i am having the reliance prepaid connection, my mobile number is 9580105262 and since last one month i am facing severe problem in my prepaid account,
i stay in Kanpur nagar.
firstly i would like to tell you that i have recharge it with 100 rs on 14 Th may,then send a message that was BN to 53739, in this BN pack, we get 300000 seconds, after sending message 69 rs deducted from my account and BN pack activated, but i could not used that properly after 115000 sec was balance got deducted on 23 Th may when i contacted with reliance customer care then they told me that you have used all the minutes, then i recharged i again around 29 Th may with 100 rs and send message again BN to 53739,i got MSG again that BN has activated on your no, but at present i am not getting response,my balance is deducting day by day, i mailed to reliance nodal officer but could not get response from him so you are requested to please help me,,,,,,,
it will be so kind of you,,,,,,,,,

please take appropriate actions.

Dear sir/ma'am,
my name is shefali singh and im a resident of new delhi. I want to file a complaint against reliance broadband for over charging me. Right now im using a reliance plan of some 1000 rs per month in which i get 10 gb free. I received a bill for the period of 8th june to 9th july according to which i ve to pay 4000rs for exceeding my limits. But i ve gone through all my downloads and it cant exceed 10 gb in any case. Their employee told me that facebook consume more mb but none of my family member has an account on facebook except my dad and he dont even know how to operate it so he dont use it. They did this 3 times before as well but after putting lots of complaints they gave me a waiver. I dont trust them at all therefore i always keep an account of whatever i download and im very sure it cant exceed 10 gb. I ve refused to pay them and informed them im filing a suit in the consumer court. Pls look into the matter as soon as possible.

Your service was very upset, I am whenever someone puts balance are cut by the other service, while I still have got them off all services. Talk to Customer care then she would not respond correctly, the talk was to enable the service from your side, when nothing has been done so that my side. What should I do now you mentioned. Do not disturb is made also enable the service even though it's up to you.

This deduction is agian agian & agian.............
