Sir/Madam,

I have recharged the sim 9903935089 with Rs 20 on 13/09/2011 which also offers 10 free local sms with 3 days validity as usual. But I used those free sms they deducted Rs 6 from main balance. I have complained at 198. They accepted it with complain number CBDVS20914533428: BUT still I do get back those balance. Also for this purpose I have spent a lot of my busiest hour for a fault, that is not belong to me. I need a complete solution for this problem.
