Through this column I would like to expose the wrongdoings being systematically resorted to by Bharati air tel mobile service provider. My numbers are 9717852755 and 9910145180. The company on their own activated various value added services without customers knowledge and deducted amount by illegal means. This phenomenon is rampant with Airtel services. When these irregularities are brought to the notice of the customer care people, they are most un-cooperative, manner less and rude and certainly will cut off the line.For example, missed call service, friend chat service were never sought but unilaterally activated by the company to accumulate illegal money. It appears that Mr Sunil Bharati Mittal does not take any realistic feedback on the services being rendered unless he is happy in filling up his coffer with the ill gotten money.
I would like to request the competent authority to please institute an audit on the ill gotten money cut against the above two accounts unilaterally by the company. Hundreds of rupees have been deducted illegally. Please ensure that total money deducted illegally be immediately refunded.
