I , Jagdish Bhagat , had a landline connection from Airtel with telephone number 011-43521903 with broadband internet services. We had no problems with connection prior to december 2010. In the month of December 2010 , the phone line became dead all of sudden.After complaining contineous for almost 2 months till the month of february 2011 , we got response from them that some digging work by some govt agency had been done at ajmeri gate delhi - 110006 , due to which all the landlines from airtel are dead and not working . We too did inquired from some people in the same area and they too informed us about the lines dead. After persuing for another almost one and a half month , the callers from their side informed us , they are helpless and can't do anything. Time passed on, and in the mid may 2011 we got call from airtel that their lines have started working and if we pay arround 1500-1600 rupees , we shall get our connection restart. As , we are buisnessmen , the number was well circulated among our clients , we paid them that amount by cheque . But lo! , the phone never started and we started receiving bills for that number 011-43521903.
from june 2011. We complained at customer care , and no response or solution was sorted out . Any way , being a common man of our Great India, we became busy for our daily bread and butter.
Now , for last two months , from december 2011 , we are contineous getting calls from Airtel to pay their certain dues on number 011-43521903, which is actually dead since december 2010. And now in January , we had also received a call from a certain lawyer that we shall be given a legal notice . And after that some goon type person are calling us and giving us warnings and literally started abusing us .
We , common people , dont know , what to do? Please help us .
