Hello, I have faced a situation wherein my residence address was been leaked just on the basis of my fone no. by some unknown person from a call centre. i wish to file a case against the service provider for the same.

Furthermore, the executive, Mr. Satish Bhatia, sitting in Bharti House, Ahmedabad was least concerned about the problem.

Kindly suggest me what to do ahead in the same line
