I have calling from the October 5 2011 for the issue in the land line and broadband. the complain numbers are

10567612-19/1/2012
5487174- 11/10/2011
5478120- 11/10/2011
5213114- 5/10/2011
Every time I get to hear that there is internal wiring problem that too of the whole society.
Airtel people keeps giving false commitment that the issue will be resolved by this time and that time and no one turns up and after some time they just close the request saying that the issue is resolved on their own.
Please help
