I have purchased the AIRCEL SIM :#8654849XXX (for security reason hiding last three), from RAIPUR chattisgarh,
backsome 10 days back , now due to official visit I had to go to
MUMBAI
now the issues Iam facing
1.
NOT ABLE TO CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE (MY PROVIDER) on '121' from my
MOBILE (in AIRCEL Network)
I had to to call my provider with huge cost ,ie I had to make paid
call to :9806012345
eventhough the advertisement says:
"Call 121 from your Aircel mobile or call one of the numbers below.
Call Center:9806012345 or 121"
2.Government had setup some toll free numbers (1 800 XXXX )so that
you can call any time no matter where you are located
but the Irony in the AIRCEL mobile is , not the charge even but Iam
not able to make toll free number calls also the call is gettign
disconnected and a message coming there is a problem contact customer
care
So Now Iam in a situation where some company has provide just the toll
free numbers for them to reach and , which Iam unable to do so .
3. When I bought the AIRCEL SIM it says , "Roaming is free for first
90 days in AIRCEL network"
but again in this case I am getting charged for incoming calls in the
AIRCEL network .
