A request for bsnl caller tune was sent by me on 17.05.2010. Its 04.06.10 today. But my bsnl caller tune is still not activated but i have been charged for this facility of rs.37/-. Whenever i tried to make contact with customer care,i have been told " please wait". Therefore i request you to investigate this problem & shoot out my problem as soon as possible.
