bsnl gprs service (in prepaid mobile) ,fail in tikamgarh (m.p.) pin 472001 since 2 month...... I have complained many times to bsnl officer .but no one are hearing my problem .. I have complained many times to bsnl customer care but they have not solved my problem
first complaine number is 3798713

second complaine number is 3811361

third complained number is 3916549 date 28/5/2010

when i have enquiry complaine number 3798713, they have tell me this is solved ,,but it have not solved till now
so sir please help me and solved my complains
