i am the user of bsnl gsm from more then 5 yrs. In last sunday dated i and ask him for bsnl scheme he confirmed with customer care a madem replied a scheme recharge with rs. 280 and you got 150 talk time and one year validity naw deler ask this scheme finished she replied no this is only in news paper. I have recharged with rs. 280 and we got rs. 40 ony and 1 yrs validity.

Thereafter deler call the customer care exicutive transfer to sciner executive sahil he said this is the personel matter between your deler and you .

Sir my question is this how a customer satisfied with this answer and why wrong information is given to the customer.
