I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile online through the website BSNL Portal -- ONLINE RECHARGE/TOPUP/FLEXI TOPUP OF BSNL PREPAID MOBILES. Rs 110 has been deducted from my SBI account but I receieved an SMS saying "Transaction for mobile number 9477166205 could not be processed. Please contact customer care for further assistance in the matter. Ref no. 88889000123." I called customer care a number of times but they are of no help.
