BSNL Online recharge failure

    Default BSNL Online recharge failure

    I tried to recharge my BSNL mobile online through the website BSNL Portal -- ONLINE RECHARGE/TOPUP/FLEXI TOPUP OF BSNL PREPAID MOBILES. Rs 110 has been deducted from my SBI account but I receieved an SMS saying "Transaction for mobile number 9477166205 could not be processed. Please contact customer care for further assistance in the matter. Ref no. 88889000123." I called customer care a number of times but they are of no help.

    Default I had the same problem

    I had the same problem and got a similar SMS, and as mentioned by you customer care was of no use. What did you finally do? I tried doing a recharge through a local shop. That did not work either.

    I too had a similar problem. I recharged my 3G data topup through the "http://portal.bsnl.in/portal/aspxfiles/default.aspx" website. The transaction was successful, but at least there is no SMS or no intimation to my mobile that the recharge is successful. The customer care doesn't know about this website itself and they sometimes say that we cannot recharge through website itself . Is there any other option to complaint reg. the same.
