"words alert service" of mobile number 9460092153.This service has been activated without my consent. i am being charged Rs.10/- per 10 days.i want to deactivate it immediately.i don't know how to deactivate it.i can't call customer call as i'm using bsnl while roaming

"word-bsnl alerts" service is activated on number 9481333065. am not able to deactivate this service its charging me rs.25 per month n it has been activated without my concern so please deactivate this service. thank u

word bsnl alerts service activated by 3 months ago,deactivation purpose i call to customercare they are not giving the proper information so plz deactivate this service.

BSNL has been doing the activation of various services without any prior information to the users.

Its almost 3 months since the 'BSNL Words Alert' service has been activated in my number 9427324455 without my consent. Kindly deactivate it as soon as possible as it is charging me Rs. 25 per month. Thier customer care center never replies whenever called. They just keep on giving number guidelines to make the fool of the customer. Its really disgusting. With respect to this, kindly take strict actions against BSNL.
