my balance of rs 42 was deducted from my mobile no. 9420761761 .(prepaid).
when i enquire about this at care they said it was due to activation of caller tune and song change.i was shock to hear bcz i dint activated any such kind of service.when i argue with them they gave me complain no. L291400662 and said that this will solve in 24hrs. but even aftr 2 days nothing happen n when again i asked about this they said it was done by u and dissconnected my call.
plzz look in matter and help me refunding my balance bcz i havnt activated any such kind of service.
