BSNL service provider did not statrted my family pack.

My Name is Abhay Kumar Verma. I live in patna. I had purchased BSNL family pack in 30 January 2010. My number is 8986112492, 8986112493, 8986112494, 8986112495. But till date it does not started my family pack. I always talk to customer care service but he said to me that "Please Wait". How much time I wait.
