This s regarding my Tata indicom no.9274810474.I have been trying to divert my calls to my other airtel no. 7600017212 for past one week.I was told to dial 114 followed by 10 digit no. on which I wanted the calls to be diverted.These customer care guys keep chanting that your service is activated.I miss some 10-15 important calls daily just because of the stupidity of TATA INDICOM.i went to showroom and the guys there told me he doesn't know how to do it and he can't take my complaint as there is no provision to take a complaint for "call divert" facility.The manager there told me sir,why u worried about "call divert"?Just use your phone for making calls.IDIOTS.Moreover,the customer care people only know the local language "gujrati",even if i select hindi/english they'll only talk in gujarati...Stupid fellows.It has caused me a lot of problem already,and if it doesn't get resolved within next 48 hours I'm filing a petition in consumer court where I'll demand a compensation for the losses caused.GO TO HELL U TATA INDICOM.THERE IS A REASON WHY AIRTEL IS ABOVE U...
