on 6th feb tata indicom put caller tune without my permission . This look so cheap and giving bad names to Tata like reputed company. i am shocked. They took Rs. 50 for this service. I never prefer to have caller tune. I immediately stopped this service. customer care executive Mr. Amit voice was so shocking saying we can not refund your 50 rupees but your services are removed. he said you are responsible for this service. they have no proof. by taking 50 rupees without my permission Tata will become more rich. I never buy Tata Nano Car which I supposed to buy. I will change Tata mobile number to Airtel mobile number. I will never drink Tata Tea. I will never use Tata Product . They are taking poor people 50 rupees and becoming more rich and rich . thir custome care executive are very bad. please save yhis country from tata indicom mobile services. i am mentally tortured.

I received a call from tata docomo customer care on 11th feb 2012. He said that docomo is offering me free caller tune for a certain trial period. I wasnt interested and declined the offer. Later i found out that the caller tune was activated . I called up customer care and told them the situation. I told them to de activate my caller tune. I was assured that rs 30 wont be deducted. But it was. Please arrange to get my balance back.
