Air Tel Subscriber Ms.Sharon with the above mentioned mobile No had activated 'Friend Locator" option few days back. Under the option, money is unnecessarily charged which may please be reimbursed.

It is better , if you programme it in such a way that the customer should be at clarity regarding the operational methods and also charges.

Friend locator option for the said mobile may please be cancelled with immediate effect and I dont want any money claim for the undone job under the scheme.

Please intimate which friend is located for the money charged.
