Myself Sudip Chatterjee is a resident of howrah Baksara. few days back i purchased a new aircel Sim from local dealer. My Mobile No is 8013415872.

on 16th june i got a sms FROM AIRCEL (DEAR SUBSCRIBER YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 30 FOR 30 DAYS SUBSCRIPTION FOR DIALER TUNES. YOUR A TO A TALK TIME OF RS 30 HAS BEEN ACTIVATED AS PER OFFER.)

ON 17th i called up 198 complain service. without any intimation rs 30 has been charged from my main account. though my sim is not a offer sim. based on that, they provide me the complain no. that is 1-2180761618. They provide 48 hrs time to resolve the issus.
Again i called up 21st june- spoke with rajesh. He provide my the 2nd complain no once again. That no was 1-2202198040. Also time limitation 48 hrs.
Lastly i called on 24th june – spoke with the senior associate of aircel, name was arijit. He told me , your problem will be solved by today . concerned department is taking more time to resolve the issue. but today is 29/06/10. Till no response from them.
29th morning i called again- spoke with somnath . i reqeust him, to stop my connection. Also i told him all the earlier stories. He transfer my call to senior but senior didn’t accept my call.
This is the most dirty business policies i have ever seen. I have already invested a lot of time to talk with them but no resolution
