On 02.08.2010 a service namely AltAudTakies was activated on number and when i contacted customer care they told me that due to some technical problem you have charged and we will credit your account in next two days and they wrote a complaint regarding this.
On 4.8.2010 when i again contacted them they told due to some technical problem we could credit your account but in next two days for sure we will credit but in this attempt too they didn't credited my account and afterwards i made several complaints after every days as they take two days to resolve a problem and they repeatedly deferred it .When i contacted on 14.08.2010 they said i can not check due to some technical problem so contact after sometime and on 15.08.2010 they gave the same excuse .On 17.08.2010 when i called they said your account has been credited on 04.08.2010 which i have never got even when on 4.08.2010 and 6.8.2010 and even after that i contacted them they said your account has not been credited so how on 17.8.2010 they said that your account has been credited on 4.08.2010.Its just that they are making fool.And they said this wont be repeated.
