i have a vodafone pre paid connection. Without my request vodafone deduct the amount for callertune charges. i have never requested for that. On 17.08.2010 , at about a message was received that " your caller tune has been activated" . And after this message , my outgoing calls were barred as 44 rupees was deducted from my A/C. This incident is happened third time . On 17.08.2010 , i could not talk to my parents who are residing far away from my place.i want to lodge a complaint against vodafone. Please help me.
