i had purchased a paid postpaid no from vodafone and deposited RS 4000+ 250 security(refundable).

my no has deactived by vodafone on third day of its activation.

i reached the vodafone to resolved my problem.they asked me to submit a later signed by ur parents and 250 security(refundible) more to activate my no.

i submit my documents and 250 security more at vodafone store.


vodafone agent called me after 3 days and told me that my no is dead now it will not be activated now.i ask him for my security and 4000 that i give to the agent when i had parchased the no.he told me that nothing should be refundible to you.

please help me
