I'm a regular customer of telecom service provider company-tata docomo.
i am in the networking business and my whole business run the network.but unfortunately where i live
there is very slow network of or no coverage.this is very common issue where i live. in the network of my business that is only source of my income. my whole family depends on my earnings. i can't change my number because my business runs through it.

Hey Gaurav,
U are facing the same problem I am facing. Though Docomo has coverage in my area (Koregaon Park, Pune) but the instant I enter my apartment, docomo service is lost. I too complained to their customer service who assured me that they are in the process of correcting that. It has been more than 6 months since then but the problem persist.

Through MNP I have found a solution to this. Maybe u can too. I have applied for the conversion of my docomo number to another service provider.
