    Angry Complain Against IDEA Cellular Ltd

    I purchased an IDEA prepaid sim card from IDEA Outlet at MagarPatta City, Hadapsar Pune. I provided full documents along with photos to the dealer. After 3.5 months they barred my services saying documents not provided. It was too frustrating, then I submitted documents again at IDEA Customer Care Center. Even after submitting the documents , my services has not been restored.
    I have pending balance as well in my account.

    Please help me out to get the services reset.

    they Have reject my prepaid card without informing me.Now i lost both no. and balance.

    Default complain against idea celluler services

    i am Anil Kumar singh
    using idea prepaid from 2 years,
    on 09/09/2010 at araund 6 o,clock a customer care number 9718997423 called me there was a telling me about a postpaid connection offer, and she abuse me add cut the phone when i refuse to take that offer. I want to complain against her and the company as i feel insulted.

    Default complain against gprs service

    i have been trying to get gprs activated on my mobile number 975309205 since last 10 days...but it has not been activated yet.i ve spoken to customer care centres more than 50 times and the answer is always that it will be activated in another 24 hrs.i wonder how many 24 hrs does idea require!!!

    Default complain about deduction

    Dear sir,

    I have idea prepaid No.9990951107. On 12 Nov service for 'love portal' has been activatd for which Rs.40/- has been deducted. That is for one month only. I repeatedlly massage to stop this service, however the massage is continue. On Dec 22 when i recharge it by Rs.350/- Rs.40/- has also been deducted and customer care has been told that it is again renewed while i have not requested to renew it.

    You are requested to please refund my Rs.40/- on idea account immediately and stop this love portal service otherwise i will take the matter to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) becasue this act is come under cheeting of customer.

    Angry Complaint Against TATA

    I was having TATA INDICOM PLUG TO SURF CONNECTION with no. 9225110369 unlimited 799/- plan the USB modem provided at the time of purchase was broken so I went to nearest galary & requested for new one [ I was ready to pay the charges ] but I was informed that the modem type I was using is no longer being sold. I was advised to upgrade to photon plus with payment equivalent to new connection charges as upgradation charges. also I was informed that I wont be getting the unlimitted plan with same terrif. I did not opted for upgradation as it was a loss for me. I demanded alternate modem but no one from tata gallery or customer care guided me properly I was thrown from pillar to post for a modem compitible with my earlier one. Different tata galleries gave me different prices for same model of my modem i.e. from 1800/- to 2800/-. From service centre of the modem manufaturer I learnt that sxc1050 model of the modem sold by TATA is competeble with old one & in market the price of sxc1050 was Rs. 1000/-.
    During this period of 1 & half month my internet was off but billing was still on & tata sent bill for Rs. 971/- along with data download & upload charges. These were later on reversed after pointing out. I found a offer for same type of plan by airtel with terrif of Rs.599/- per month so I requested TATA to close my account & gave all the reasons as mentioned above. After this company agreed to reduce my rental to Rs. 699/- but kept mum regarding cheating of their galleries. On 02/01/2011 I paid my final bill with protest by cheque but till date no receipt has been issued to me. I was told by the representative that there is no practice of issuing receipt for cheque payment.

    The company Did not registered my complaint & allot me complaint no.
    Tried to force me to upgrade even though the option was available
    Did not registered my protest

    my self pankaj kolhe i will purchace a idea card no.9552004008 last week mondey than this mondey this card is closed countinowsly sey check operater service your customer care person say submit your document again i will submit document again last mondey than till date card is not started plz give you a serious action in this matter.

    Default not chaing idea network to tata docomo

    hello sir my name is narenbabu i applied for chaing from idea to tata docomo on 18 march and i got upc port code ia314194 and my mobile number is 9848693682. and i supplied docements on 26 march on tata docomo office but still i did nt get any statues and i asked to tata docomo and they told me that the idea net work was not giving permisson to port out me so what should i do now please tell me answer sir is there is any way to solve my problem by sending email or contacting to my number 9848693682 and my email is narenbabu@live.com

    My self is Deepak Rai,i purchased idea simcard with no. 9850234484 & approximate after 1.5 Month they barred my services without any information.I provided full documents like My Passport with local address proof and id and also along with photograph to the dealer.Without any information how the services can stop.The services was stop last month & i m facing so much problem.Again i submitted documents also.i have too much balance in that sim.

    So please take a serious action in this matter and reply me as early as possible.

    dear sir, i am gopal awasthi using postpaid connection of idea from last many year. my mobile no is 9911556036 .this no. is on rohit sharma resdisdence of uttam nagar . sir today i was going to E.S.I HOSPITAL by motorcycle .i was driving then i lost my mobile anywhere then time was approximatley at 4pm on dated 21/5/2011. now i m trying to dailing my phone but it is showing switch of .pls deactivate my sim.

    Angry dedection of balance without valid reason

    I m here to submit a complaint against idea cellular ltd for the deduction of balance in my number(9743057325) as it is amounted to rs.340/- without any valid reason. So, I request you to resolve my problem and credit my balance of certain amount as soon as possible. thanking you

    Default Prepaid balance deductions by idea.

    I'm being deducted Rs.5 or Rs.10 almost everyday for the past two months from my prepaid balance by IDEA. I'm calling the IDEA customer care everyday and requesting to cancel any subscription if still there. They say that a complaint has already been lodged. I have even received many messages from IDEA that all WAP and GPRS subscriptions have been cancelled. But all my efforts have been useless. Even now the deductions are happening. I have lost more than 200 Rs in the past month.

    This is the message I keep receiving for WAP de-activation:
    " Dear customer, Your request for GPRS-MMS deactivation has been processed successfully 12Hrs 0 Min Hrs. SR No.116692757325 Thank You." I have been receiving such messages for the past two months.
    Every time I register a complain, I get these messages. Still, no action has been taken by these fraudsters. The same day I get these messages 20 Rs. more has been deducted.

    Please help me get a refund from this FRAUD company.

    Default document submission

    I have converted my reliance no into idea services in the month of February 2011 bihar circle after submission valid documents and photographs and after proper time period my services get active ,but after so long period now the company is asking for resubmission of documents.
    I am asking to company that if my document are incomplete or invalid then how my connection has worked for so long period.
    This is an absolute harrasment and mental torture by the company to its customers and the company should stop this nuisance right now.

    Default Problem faced using Idea services on my cell

    Hi,

    I have recently ported my postpaid mobile number 9910106846 from Airtel to idea, looking at their cheap rates.
    However I have faced many issues because of their so called policies.
    1. I am told that i will not be able to use conference facility till 3 moths from the date of porting to Idea. I dont understand the point as i have not faced any such problem with my previous operator.
    2. I tried to use their MMS service, for which i wished to send/recieve MMS to/from an STD reliance GSM number. I am unable to avail this facility even after 3-4 settings done by their customercare executives. moreover now i am being told by one of them that i cannot use MMS service with any other operator other than Idea-Airtel-vodafone, which is also not acceptable, as i may need to do so whenever required.

    request you to please look into the matter & help ASAP.
