I purchased an IDEA prepaid sim card from IDEA Outlet at MagarPatta City, Hadapsar Pune. I provided full documents along with photos to the dealer. After 3.5 months they barred my services saying documents not provided. It was too frustrating, then I submitted documents again at IDEA Customer Care Center. Even after submitting the documents , my services has not been restored.
I have pending balance as well in my account.
Please help me out to get the services reset.

I was having TATA INDICOM PLUG TO SURF CONNECTION with no. 9225110369 unlimited 799/- plan the USB modem provided at the time of purchase was broken so I went to nearest galary & requested for new one [ I was ready to pay the charges ] but I was informed that the modem type I was using is no longer being sold. I was advised to upgrade to photon plus with payment equivalent to new connection charges as upgradation charges. also I was informed that I wont be getting the unlimitted plan with same terrif. I did not opted for upgradation as it was a loss for me. I demanded alternate modem but no one from tata gallery or customer care guided me properly I was thrown from pillar to post for a modem compitible with my earlier one. Different tata galleries gave me different prices for same model of my modem i.e. from 1800/- to 2800/-. From service centre of the modem manufaturer I learnt that sxc1050 model of the modem sold by TATA is competeble with old one & in market the price of sxc1050 was Rs. 1000/-.
