I have not subscribed idea music station facility.They themself started the facilty and debited Rs. 60/- for the of month may-2010, june 2010
I made call to customer care, they registered my complain and informed me that debit is right.
I again made a call to customer care, and informed me that debit was worng and would credit Rs. 60/- to my account within 48 hour.
They did not do same.

i recharge my account on 15 june 2010 and after 2 days i.,e 17 june 2010 the account was 0:00 i did not made any call between these days imade call to consumer care (198) they told me to call on 12345 i m very irritated with this idea service. and did not type the correct expiry date on voucher (coupon) when i recharged the expiry date was 17 june 2010 and the expiry date wriiten on voucher no. was 7 march 2028.

I have recently taken an idea cellular connection and my cell no. is 9088515649. I have noticed two malpractices in which Idea cellular indulge in and defraud their customers.

1. My sim was launched under a promotional offer of Rs. 60 talk time offer for a Rs. 25 sim. It is informed by the retailer of Idea that by the seventh of every month talk time of Rs. 20 would be credited to my account for three consecutive months. Only for the first month I have received credit of Rs. 20. No further credits of talk time have been made into my account.

2. IDEA has a voucher of Rs. 17 which reduces call rates to local idea numbers to 10 paise per min. However, this voucher gets activated only after 10-12 hours which the customers will realise only after making long phone calls and getting their balances deducted at the normal rate.
