Brief details as below:
-- I purchased one Bonus SMS card But nobody ( vodafone care on 111) informed for wait of four hour before recharging card. Therefore I start sending message after got two confirmation message from Vodafone "regarding activation of services of BC11 (Message are saved in my inbox)". In this message time duration or time limit not mentioned like other message of Vodafone. Example "We have received your request and the service will be activated within a maximum period of 5 hrs"
--Before Purchase of sms card i ask the details regarding recharge from vodafone customer care. They informed only different SMS card. They not informed the process and time limit.
-- This was my first recharge of bonus card .
-- When I known the problem, I informed to you on 111.
-- Floor manager ensure me during complain that my deducted amount will be refund to me. I have saved the Voice recording of conversation.
-- Then as per Vodafone customer suggestion I also visit the Vodafone Store, Rohini. These people again given fake assurance and wanted time.
-- They (Vodafone Store) suggest me that nodal officer can refund your money because they have no right to refund the deducted amount. So I sent the mail to Nodal email id but they gave other information which was not related and making me fool.
Please Suggest What I do in this case.
I am very upset by company feedback system. Sabi log ek dusre par baat ko taal rahe hai. My Complain against the services because I paid for that.
Regarding this I written to nodal officer and vodafone care but no solution.
Please Suggest Can I take any legal action regarding the services of Vodafone. I am waiting for your reply.
