I have a Reliance Mobile prepaid GSM connection.Company has been started caller tune without my instruction/request/intimation and deduct my balance Rs.10 for activating the song on my number and then they deducted Rs.30 for rent of that service which i dont want and not requested/informed/intimated to anybody to do so. Then i talked with the reliance customer care. They registered a complain (No. 133315340) and told that by mistake it is diducted from your account and will be recredited to your account within two days. But instead of this again Rs 10 deducted from the account. After that i talked the customer care four times but they are using the same sentence like it will be recredited ,we will confirm after talking our seniors.
Reliance a reputed group is doing like this.

i always used to cut my balance due to caller tune whereas i don't activate my caller tune.i don't know what is company policy.it may be company policy that activate caller tune without information.it's not 1st time happen to me.if this kind of incident happen again i can not continue my reliance connection more.
