I am a user of idea cellular ph no 09837149935,and i have a active GRPS service ,but IDEA service provider is playing they are sending regularly grps service message unfortunate my children dont no about service and they were using option yes instead of ignore. After that i have complained to IDEA customer care pl dont send me this type message in my mobile but idea Representative told me this type message should be banned after disconnect GRPS service its mean if we are using GRPS service so we shall be bond recd message service.So i afraid this type service and i would like to know law about this type cheating.Kindly advise.

I am the user of idea cell no 9575393777 & 9575478618 in both no i hv been chgrd Rs 30 & 10 for the service of live astrology& collect call .I never send or asked for this services I think that know idea is also cheating like other cellular companys.Idea providing good net work good services but this type of charging is like gunda tax.i suggest dont do this type of cheap activity with any one.

Please take necessary action on services providing by IDEA, I am a long time customer of Airtel. I have received number of phone calls to switch from AIRTEL to IDEA. In an assumption that they are going to be a good service providers I opted for MNP, But when idea SIM activated for my number (9880226637), they are no STD services. When I called up to Customer Care and asked about STD services then, They said that I have to request for STD services, I don't know what kind of dump guys will have only local call on mobile phone in today’s day to day life. I have requested for STD services on 25th Feb 2011, till now (10th March 2011)I am unable to make a STD call from my number. 14 days are not sufficient to active STD services. I have called up almost every day, Every day same answer from Customer care representative that it will be activated by 06:00 PM today. Please advice Idea official not to mislead customers with fancy advertisements & more of calls from call centers. It’s very irritating when we are suddenly unable to make STD calls when we are using a mobile phones from past 10 years. I don't want to write all these but I am so much frustrated with Idea Customer service so couldn't resist myself to complaint on them.

Please take necessary action, this is my humble request.

Sir I have three connections from idea. From past two week there is very weak signal in my location-[Ardee city I have already made so many complain, for that I am providing u referece number also. 104951175 but till today no improvement in signel , my these cell nos are very important ,if i am going to chane the subscriber and on the same time want to retain the number it will take time .

so pls help me!!!!

I am using IDEA service last more than 6 years. Unfortunately, I lost the Sim Card of Idea.
I am the service person. On 1st Sept 2011, No idea service station is opened to provide the service.
I visited the idea Service Station at Deecan Gymkhana, Pune @ 7.40 PM. The lady is replied that service is given only upto 7.30 PM I.e No Service station is opened after 7.30 P.M.
