Dear Sir,

I am vikrant kumar mishra and have been using reliance cdma service from long time, My reliance number is 9311439002.
I am very disappointed because of their service and none of their customer care executive is willing to cooperate.
Actually I have activated DND long time ago and once complain to their customer care executive regarding activating any services like cricket pack, caller tune without my permission and they promished me that this will not happen again, but today on 11-06-2010, they have renew my caller tune which I never activated without my permission and few days earlier they have activated cricket pack as well.


When I call to their customer care executive name Ravinder and then Gurpreet, they told me that I need to unsubscribe all these services which I never activated and they are unable to return my balance, when I ask them what are the chances that they will never activate any services again without my permission, they have no answer and they don't let me to talk to their senior, When I ask for complain ID they abruptly disconnect my phone.

I am working in a senior post in my company and when some of our client or junior call me in my phone, the caller tune which they have activated without my permission comes into play, what type of impression they will create for me.


Its really very frustrating and I feel like cheated in my own country and somewhere create a negative impact for reliance and
I will promise you that I will never use reliance services throughout my life.

Though its a small problem for all of us and we are so busy with our life that most of us ignore it but somebody has to take step, so I decided to highlight the white color crime these guys are doing in the name of serving country.

Actually I have deactivated cricket alert pack long time ago and once complain to their customer care executive regarding activating any services like cricket pack, caller tune & voice chat pack without my permission and they promised me that this will not happen again, but on 29-06-2010, they have renewed cricket alert pack which I never activated without my permission and few days earlier they have activated voice chat pack as well.

i received a message from Reliance that my subscription has been done for some Voice Chat service where i can make friends, and that the serivce costs Rs.30/month.
i immediatly sent an unsubscribe message to them to remove this service from my no. But the money was already deducted from my balance. An amount of 30 rs. was gone.
Similar message was sent 2 day before also that i was subscribed to some My Music station for 10rs/10 days. The 10 rs. was also deducted from my balance when i chked it. i had unscribed imidiately but they deduct the money when they send the message.

i had never sent any request to subscribe to any of the above services. the Reliance people subscribe to any unknown service on there own and deduct the amount also.
i dont even pick up the phn when i see a reliance no. calling me.

please help me against them to get my money back and to stop such robbery.

This is to inform you i have recharge my account as on 26 dec 2010. with rs 50 got 42 rupees balance next day when i checked my balance next its 17 rupees only where my 20 rupees deduct they are not giving me proper resolution to me i called customer care 3 to 6 times but they all times says technical updation we cant provide detail.

I am using reliance CDMA prepaid service of Delhi region, my number is 9310833651. Reliance prepaid is automatically subscribing me for music pack services without me asking for it.they activate music pace about 3 times without asking me and without my permission. each time i call customer care number and deactivate this service and each time my balance decrease by Rs 10 per week, again i call customer care number and deactivate music pack service. but my balance is again decreased by 5 rupees.
i am again saying that i dont want any such kind of music pack or any other service. please solve this problem.

CCE are vry vry en responsible of RCOM.

I also want to say one thing that Consumer Forum should have take any step regarding these type of service provider who activate any value added service without subscriber permission.

dear sir,i am sanjay kr. verma and my mobile no. is 9334519661 . i have applied for the convertion of this no. into postpaid dated 23.05.2011 on reliance web world in kurji ,patna 10 ,bihar.
they are saying that there computer is showing postpaid but in my mobile there is no message.and it is still prepaid .i am running web world daily from 28.05.2011 and they are saying that in 24 hours it will become postpaid .........

My phone number is 09309274978 from Bhiwadi. I am a reliance customer for more than 2 years. Previously I was having a Delhi number. Caller tune has been activated on my phone without my permission. I have deactivated it today through the SMS service "unsubct" to 51234. Also registered for complete DND on 1909 as I was getting approx. 10 calls and messages too per day which was very irritating. Please make sure this do not happen again as this is very annoying and if it continues, reliance may loose its customers because of this.

Hope you would do something about this ASAP.
