    Default Complain to Reliance Communication

    My Mobile no. is 9569811476. Reliance co. deducted 14/- (fourteen rs.) on dated 01-07-2010. Then I contact customer care on dated 02-07-2010 & 06-10-2010 & my request no. 131215839. But no any response by co. So please refund my money.

    i also had the same problem,these reliance people r such a big fraud.go to complain to DoT Public Grievance Cell at link : DARPG-PGRAMS
    and also get through the procedure mentioned here at this link: TRAI :::::::.........
    hope we get justice !

    I'am a Reliance mobile CDMA customer I have been really frustrated by VAS activation calls and messages even after being registered to NDNC(from 2 yrs).It was more painful when i found that Rs.35 had been charged for a VAS for which i haven't subscribed.I have no FM in my mobile still there is FM pack activated and a CNBC pack of which in have no use,as i got to know i complained RIM but They said they cant do anything and also were not registering my complain.Even after repeated request for UNSUBCR they failed to do so. After 2 days RIM deactivated all CNBSSUPERSAVER and FMindia1 pack and said as was from some mode of TELECALLING hence they could not post any waiver.Firstly i have been subscribed automatically without my confirmation/permission for CNBSSUPERSAVER on 14TH JULY, they said its telemode call so done by me , hence NO waiver.... OK done, i tolerated....now when they said there is no active VAS such as FMindia and CNBCsuperpack ...how come they again reactivated FMindia pack on 22nd july and again deducted my money Rs.30,i called the customer care again talked to level-2 executive named MD...he said its fault on there part so promised to waive the amount charged in 48 hours giving REQUEST NUMBER:132537662 and now after 48 hours what they did is just deactivated the FMINDIA1 service and simply replied when contacted that FMIndia1 has been charged correctly as this pack was activated by mode of IVR (Interactive Voice Response,Hence we are unable to process your request for the waiver. Now how can a sensible man apply for FM when his mobile has no FM functionality and that too twice, one on 14th and the other on 22nd of july 2010.

    1) India's telecom regulator made it mandatory for operators to twice seek confirmation from cell phone users before they subscribe to value-added services (VAS).

    2)Under the amended rules by TRAI, subscribers will be required to first confirm their subscription by pressing any cell phone key other than '*' (star) or '9'.The second time, the subscriber will have to reconfirm the VAS subscription by pressing either '*' or '9',

    “TRAI did this to for prevention of unintentional or accidental activation of VAS”

    3)TRAI alsomandates service providers to intimate the subscriber, at least three days before the due date of renewal of a subscribed value added service, the due date for renewal, the charges for renewal.TRAI April 27,2009 had directed operators to seek written consent from subscribers to VAS such as call ring back tone and hello tunes to prevent accidental activation of such services.

    NOW i feel that adhering to these norms IS VERY VERY FAR AWAY from RIM , Your telemarketing executive/cell hardly followed a single word in the rules stated by TRAI,and FORCEFULLY ACTIVATED THE VAS WITHOUT MY CONSENT FOLLOWED BY IVRS ACTIVATION AN 22 JULY 2010.

    Default Undesired subscription of S World on mobile no. 8010588919

    Sir,
    It is surprising that the company- Reliance communications - has deducted Rs.30/from my talk time on 29.1.11 for the S world service, which I never desired. Customer care forced me that subscription message sent by me but i never send it.I told them to refund my credit the deny it. It is really illegal.
    I request that (i) the amount may be reverse credited to my talk time immediately.
    (ii) the company may be directed not to repeat these things in future as I never desire undesirable scheme.
    (iii) kindly intimate me the result of my complaint at the earliest.

    Default Unnecessary deduction twice.

    Undesired subscription of some service---TWICE on mobile no. 7827676620

    Sir,
    This is the 2nd time the company- Reliance communications - has deducted Rs.30/from my talk time on 27.1.11 in the name of some useless service activation which I never desired.On contacting Reliance Customer care they r saying that the activation is from my side which is PURELY FALSE WHICH I NEVER DID. The service activated TWICE on my number without my consent and my balance got deducted aswell.One of the customer care executive after many call registered my complain and given me complaint no.(144698251)and convinced me that my balanced that was unnecessarily deducted will be reversed within 48 hrs.After 48 hrs I called to the customer care and ask about the status of the complaint they said THERE IS NO SUCH COMPLAINT REGISTERED AND WHEN I REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE CALL TO UR SENIOR EXECUTIVE THEY MAKE ME ON HOLD FOR LONG AND DISCONNETED .AND now on calling the cc is busy.I told them to refund my credit they deny it.
    I M REALLY FED UP. THE RELIANCE COMMUNICATION MAKE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOOLS AND ALWAYS DEDUCT BALANCE UNNECESSARILY .It is really illegal.

    I make a request for activating dnd service on my no dated on 21-12-2010.customer care spoke person tells me your request will be solved in 45 days.but now this time limit is over and this service is not activated on my no....my no. Is 9311313241...

    Cool agnst not activating dnd by reliance

    my no is 9311313241.. i make request for activating dnd on my no. dated on 21-12-2010.but it is not activated on my no till today...when i call custemer care about solving this problem....they tells me this call is not from reliance.we cant do anythng in ths matter...i waste a lot of time by these calls....

    Unhappy unnecessary activation of paid services from last 9 months

    Dear Sir,
    I satyendra kumar vishwakarma mobile no.-07428339857 have a complain to you that from last 9 months without my concern a message pack AAJ KA VICHAR is activate and deduct my main balance. For this i have complained many times but no action is take against my complain.

    Default complain regarding disclosure of call details to other person.

    This is to complain regarding reliance communications that from last few months i am facing a problem like someone is getting the informations of my daily call details from one of the R World center (most probably the R World office of asansol ).My number is 09304576580 and it is a postpaid connection.
    For your information, i am a working girl and is working in insurance sector (marketing) and my number is a corporate connection which has been given to me from my employer company.So being a working girl in marketing sector i have to call several customers per day and some of the customers (mostly the HNI customers) give me their number on utmost faith that their numbers will not be disclosed but someone is continuously getting the information of my call details and he/she is calling all my customers and is bringing me in problem.This is happening from last few months which is now intolerable for me.
    I am little bit sure that the suspect is the R WORLD office of Asansole (WEST BENGAL).
    It is very shameful that someone is getting the information of my call details so easily.
    Anyways i just want to know that what action you all are going to take for my help and i expect that this type of problem will no more occur in future.
