I am using tataindicom postpaid mobile 9235315375 about last three years.My account no is 803202846.

please provide me some details or extra charges of amout 30Rs and 50Rs which is taken by tataindicom, last month (10-06-10to 07-07-10).

I have already told to tataindicom that i do not require any type of extra services like "SMSPACK "and "TATAZONE MUSIC STATION".

After dening a lot of time for SMSPACK tata activated it for this month and no information is provided to me.
but charges is added in this month for this pack.

I have register my mobile no for DO NOT DISTURB, request no for that was 86870241.But no action has been taken by tataindicom. Company message and calls are continue on my mobile.


On 5th july the company send me a sms of activation of MUSICSTATION without my request. Atter that i quickly request to unsubscribe this service, the request no for that was 226856117(05jul10).But in this month bill the subscription charge for this facility is added on my bill.
Please take the right action for the problems facing by me.
