My name in Amith Jhunjhunwala & my no. is 9831921921. I want to complain against Airtel regarding balance fraud as they had deducted Rs.700 from my balance saying i have activated some news service alert but my phone is switched off since last one & a half year. In this regard i had a talk with customer care as well as nodal officer of Airtel but they said they can't help us. My complaint no. is 20722010076 dt.23-7-2010. My request to TRAI is that try to stop these kind of "FRAUDS" & help me recovering my money as soon as possible but i want it back. Please "HELP ME"
