Dear Sir/Madam,
*This is to draw your attention towards the way Airtel company treats their customer.
I am having a prepaid connection with Airtel. Its a lifetime connection.
Till few days back it was working well. Afterward, my mobile started
displaying a message SIM card registration failed.
Currently i am in Bangalore for work purpose from November2011.So i was unable to call anybody from that number.
First I called Airtel Customer Care, where they told that as there were no outgoing calls for around 60 days, the connection is disconnected permanently and that particular number has been issued to other customer already. Then my brother personally went to nearby
Airtel Relationship Centre in Kolkata. There he was informed that my
number has been deleted from their system due to no outgoing call problem. And
now they are asking me to apply for a new connection and that too with some
other number.
This has been ridiculous.This is too stressing for me. Its not easy for me
to switch over to a new number. I am using this number since last five years
and this is very important for me to have this number.
The company all of sudden can't behave so irresponsible.
Please help me out....
