I am facing discrepancies in my mobile bill from last six months. I have raised the issue with Airtel custmer care department over the phone many times in the above period but all vein,as in every bill a new discrepancy has been generated by the billing department.

Finally I took a decision to put everything in writing and my first mail was sent on dated 11.06.10. Afterwards some exchange of mail was done till 17.06.10, however the customer care department unable to reply on various issued raise by me & stop sending the response.

I have sent more than five reminders for the response which has been acknowledge by auto generated by customer care email id 121@airtelindia.com under the following reference numbers , but till date no response

My bill is pending for payment from last two months and I am willing to pay after the suitable wavier.

Now i am getting threat calls from thier agencies for making payments.
